We review the information you provide and, where required, arrange a site assessment. Once the route is agreed, we locate existing utilities, create the access points, mole the bore, pull the new MDPE pipe through, connect, test and neatly reinstate.

Not completely. Small access excavations are required at the launch, target and connection points. The advantage is that we can usually avoid excavating a continuous trench along the full pipe route.

Most residential installations require two or three small access points. The exact number depends on the meter position, route, ground conditions and location of the internal connection.

Many residential upgrades are completed within one working day. Longer routes, difficult ground, complex connections or specialist reinstatement may require additional time, which we will explain before work starts.

Often, yes especially when an old lead, galvanised or restricted pipe is limiting flow. However, pressure can also be affected by the incoming network or internal pipework, so we assess the likely cause before promising an improvement.

We install blue MDPE water-supply pipework. 25mm is common for residential upgrades, while 32mm–63mm may be used where the required flow, distance or demand calls for a larger supply.

Yes. We replace ageing lead supply pipes with modern MDPE between the agreed external supply point and internal connection, subject to the route and property conditions.

Yes. We plan the route to minimise disturbance and reinstate the access areas as neatly as reasonably possible. The proposed route and expected finish are agreed before work begins.

The water is normally isolated during the final connection and testing. We carefully plan this stage and keep the interruption as short as practical.
